Your saved ingredient exclusions

These stay active across recipe discovery and planning in this browser. Labels describe ingredients; always check packaging and cross-contact needs.

Household dietary preferences (every choice applies)
Exclude these allergens

Excluded recipes can still be opened directly, with a visible warning. Existing plans remain intact so you can review conflicts. Changing filters can reset bought and pantry marks when visible ingredient quantities change.

Household dietary preferences hide recipes without a matching tag. Family warnings work differently: “tagged dairy-free” beside a person’s name means that person’s saved preference has no matching tag on the recipe, so it needs a check rather than being hidden.

Dietary tags describe listed ingredients. Check packaged-food labels and your own cross-contact needs. Choose several options within a group to see any of them. Other filter groups narrow those results. Every allergen and ingredient exclusion applies. Nutrition filters use each recipe’s per-portion estimate at its standard portions (20 g protein or more per portion; 30 g carbs or less per portion; 6 g fiber or more per portion; 600 mg sodium or less per portion); recipes without that value are left out. Family warnings say “tagged” when a person’s saved preference has no matching recipe tag; that recipe needs a check, not an automatic exclusion.
